Matrimonial and Family Law, Criminal Law, Leases, Commercial Litigation, Landlord Tenant Disputes.

DO YOU HANDLE MATTERS ON A CONTINGENCY?

No, I charge either a flat rate, or an hourly rate.  If you have a personal injury matter, I have a close working relationship with an excellent attorney concentrating in the field.  These matters are handled on a contingency basis.

WHAT IS YOUR HOURLY RATE?

$300.00 per hour .    Many with my experience charge much more.

DO YOU HOUSE CLOSINGS?

I am no longer doing house closings.  I do lease drafting and negotiation however.

In the field of criminal law, everything from open container charges to armed robbery. 

In the leasing field, I have represented commercial landlords owning over 80 properties, and the single rental landlord.
